Manual Therapies
Manual Therapy
My practice is built around one simple goal: results. Over the years, I’ve combined several hands-on approaches—often referred to as manual therapy—to help address pain, tension, and movement restrictions throughout the body.
Techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, strain–counterstrain, active release, and acupressure are used to treat common musculoskeletal concerns like tightness, joint discomfort, and repetitive strain injuries. I also incorporate visceral manipulation, cranial work, and postural and structural alignment techniques to address both acute and long-standing pain from a broader, whole-body perspective.
These approaches are sometimes called functional indirect therapies, meaning that working with one area of the body can create meaningful change in another. By blending and adapting these methods to each individual, I focus on treating patterns of pain rather than just isolated symptoms.
This hybrid approach—refined through years of practice—has shaped the unique style of care I offer.

Pediatric Services
We all want what's best for our children, but it can be difficult to know how to achieve meaningful results that will set them up for a lifetime of physical, mental and emotional success. This is why we have branched into pediatrics. The earlier we address key mobility constraints, developmental blocks, and tissue trauma from injury, the sooner the body's natural growth curve can be restored. We treat children of all ages, from infants to young adults. There's no such thing as too soon to get started.
